  • 30 Toes-to-Bar
  • 20 Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)
  • 10 Muscle-Ups

Instructions:
- Complete the listed reps of each movement before moving on to the next.
- Scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or seated dumbbell press as needed.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
- Scale the muscle-ups to ring rows or jumping muscle-ups if needed.
