  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the SkiErg
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Set the SkiErg to the desired resistance level before starting the workout.
- Push yourself to sprint all-out during the 20-second work intervals.
- Rest for 10 seconds in between each round to catch your breath and prepare for the next sprint.
- Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the workout to maximize efficiency and prevent injury.
