Tabata Circuit:


  • Kettlebell Swings x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Kettlebell Goblet Squats x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Kettlebell Russian Twists x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds
  • Kettlebell Lunges x 20 seconds
  • Rest x 10 seconds

Equipment: 1 Kettlebell
Tabata Structure: 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement
Instructions: Complete each movement for 20 seconds at maximum effort, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. This workout will challenge your cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength. Adjust kettlebell weight as needed.
