  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Deadlifts
    • 10 seconds rest
    • 20 seconds of Hang Power Cleans
    • 10 seconds rest
    • 20 seconds of Push Press
    • 10 seconds rest
    • 20 seconds of Front Squats
    • 10 seconds rest

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement.
