Tabata Cardio Stationary Bike

Tabata (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds):
- Stationary Bike Sprints


Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Pedal as fast as possible for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Focus on pushing yourself to the max intensity during each sprint.
