  • 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds
  • Stationary Bike

Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level
- Pedal as fast as possible for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout each interval
