  • 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 8 rounds:
    • Stationary Bike Sprints

Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike at a challenging resistance level to maximize intensity during the sprints.
- Push yourself to maintain a fast pace during the 20-second work intervals and use the 10-second rest intervals to recover just enough to go hard again.
- Focus on proper form and pushing through the burn during each sprint.
