  • Odd Minutes: 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • Even Minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row

Instructions:
- The workout consists of alternating minutes of deadlifts and rowing.
- Complete 10 deadlifts on the odd minutes and row for 15/12 calories on the even minutes.
- Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next movement.
- The workout will last for a total of 20 minutes.
