  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

Skill Focus: Efficient rowing technique, maintaining strict form on the gymnastics movements, and pacing for consistent rounds throughout the workout.


Notes: Focus on maintaining a strong, steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the gymnastics movements. Scale handstand push-ups and toes-to-bar as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Be mindful of your breathing and break up reps strategically to keep moving through each round.
