Tabata Skill Rower

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
    1. Row for calories
    2. Row for meters

Skill Focus:
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace and technique throughout each round.
- Work on efficient rowing technique to maximize power output.


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds of rowing for calories, then rest 1 minute before moving on to the 8 rounds of rowing for meters.
- Score is total calories and total meters rowed.
- Stay consistent with your effort and form throughout the workout.
