EMOM Cardio RowerEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row
- Even minutes: 10 Burpees
Instructions:
- Start each minute with the rowing portion, aiming to complete the calories within the minute.
- Once the row is completed, immediately transition to the burpees and complete 10 reps before resting until the next minute starts.
- Adjust the calories for the row if needed to ensure you have at least 10-15 seconds of rest before starting the next minute.
- Score is total completed rounds within the 20 minutes.
