Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. The workout starts with the rowing portion. Choose a weight for the thrusters that challenges you but allows you to complete the reps with good form. Rest as needed, but try to push through each movement without prolonged breaks.
