  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort rowing
    • 10 seconds rest

Weightlifting:


  • 5 rounds of:
    • 5 Deadlifts
    • 5 Hang Power Cleans
    • 5 Push Jerks

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions:
Complete the Tabata rowing first, then move onto the 5 rounds of the weightlifting complex. Rest as needed between rounds. Try to maintain good form and technique throughout the workout.
