  • 30 Burpees

  • 20 Toes-to-Bar

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Start with the 1000 meter row and move through the movements as fast as possible. Maintain a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the other movements. Push through the burpees and finish strong with the toes-to-bar.
