  • Odd minutes: 10 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
  • Even minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row

Instructions:
Perform 10 Deadlifts on the odd minutes and row for 15/12 calories on the even minutes. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
