EMOM Weightlifting Rower

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
- Even minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row


Instructions:
- Start each minute with the Deadlifts, then immediately transition to the Row for the remaining time in that minute.
- Scale the weight on the Deadlifts as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace on the rower to challenge both strength and endurance.
