EMOM Cardio Rower

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 15/12 Calories on Rower
  • Even minutes: 10 Burpees

Instructions:
Complete the designated calories on the rower in the odd minutes, then immediately transition to performing 10 burpees in the even minutes. Rest for the remainder of each minute before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the calories and burpee reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
