- 10 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Rowing should be done at a fast pace to maximize rounds completed. Use a weight that challenges you but allows for good form throughout the workout. Keep a steady pace and push through fatigue for the full duration of the workout.
