Tabata Weightlifting Rower

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort rowing
    • 10 seconds of rest

Weightlifting:


  • 5 rounds of:
    • 5 Deadlifts
    • 5 Hang Power Cleans

Instructions:
Perform each Tabata round on the rower, pushing yourself to maintain a high intensity for the 20 seconds of work. Rest for 10 seconds between rounds. After completing the Tabata portion, move on to the weightlifting segment. Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts and Hang Power Cleans, focusing on proper form and technique throughout each round. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain quality movement.
