- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort rowing, followed by 10 seconds of rest

- During the rest periods, practice double unders
Instructions:
- Set the rower for intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest
- Focus on maintaining a strong and consistent pace on the rower
- Use the rest periods to work on improving your double unders
- Push yourself during each round to build endurance and skill proficiency
