  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort rowing
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rower


Instructions:
- Row as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each interval.
