EMOM Weightlifting Rower

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- Even minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row


Instructions:
- The athlete will perform 10 deadlifts on the odd minutes and then row for 15/12 calories on the even minutes, for a total of 20 rounds.
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that is challenging but allows for unbroken sets.
- Focus on maintaining a consistent pace on the rower throughout the workout.
