- Even minutes: 5 Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
Complete the designated calories on the rower within the minute, then immediately move to the wall for the handstand push-ups. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Repeat for a total of 15 rounds.
Scaling options:
Reduce the number of calories on the rower and/or scale the handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups.
