- 12 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
- 9 Handstand Push-ups
- 6 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Scale the movements as needed to maintain intensity.
