Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Each round consists of a 500m row, 10 deadlifts, and 15 box jumps. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Push yourself on the rower and try to keep a consistent pace.
