Tabata Weightlifting RowerTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each movement:
- Rowing for Calories
- Deadlifts
Barbell: #185 / #135
Instructions:
Perform as many calories on the rower as possible in 20 seconds, then immediately move to the barbell for deadlifts. Alternate between rowing and deadlifts for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total calories rowed and total deadlift reps completed.
