  • 50 Burpees over the Rower
  • Row 750 meters
  • 40 Wall Balls
  • Row 500 meters
  • 30 Box Jumps

Equipment: Rower, Wall Ball, Box
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Alternate rowing and completing the other movements with a partner. Each partner must complete at least one round of each movement.
