  • 4 different skills (1 skill per round)

Skills:


  1. Round 1: Max Calories on Rower
  2. Round 2: Max Distance on Rower
  3. Round 3: Max Calories on Rower
  4. Round 4: Max Distance on Rower

Instructions:
- Complete each round of Tabata with maximum effort in the specified skill on the rower.
- Rest 1 minute between each round to transition and record scores.
- Score is total calories and distance accumulated throughout all 4 rounds.
