AMRAP Cardio Rower

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500m Row
  • 20 Burpees
  • 400m Run
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the rower to save energy for the other movements. Push yourself on the burpees and kettlebell swings, and maintain a strong pace on the run. Adjust weight on kettlebell swings as needed for your fitness level.
