- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- 1 minute rest between movements
Movements:
1. Row for Calories
2. Hang Power Cleans
Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort rowing for calories and 20 seconds of hang power cleans for each round.
- Rest for 1 minute between switching movements.
- Score is total calories rowed and total reps of hang power cleans.
