  • Odd minutes: 10 Deadlifts (#225/#155) + 10 Box Jumps (24"/20")
  • Even minutes: 15/12 Calorie Row

Notes:
- Alternate between the Deadlifts and Box Jumps on the odd minutes, aiming to complete the reps within the minute.
- On the even minutes, row the prescribed calories as fast as possible before resting for the remainder of the minute.
- The workout is completed when the 20 minutes are up.
