AMRAP Cardio Rower

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500 Meter Row
  • 15 Burpees
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Rower
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of a 500 meter row, followed by 15 burpees and 20 kettlebell swings. Keep a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the burpees and kettlebell swings. Push yourself to keep moving throughout the entire 20 minutes.
