  • 20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (50/35 lbs)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, alternating between the rower, burpees, and dumbbell snatches. Keep a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the burpees and snatches. Adjust the weight of the dumbbell as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
