  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
    • Max Effort Rowing

Strength Portion:


  • 5x5 Deadlifts
  • 5x5 Strict Pull-ups

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of Tabata rowing, giving it your all during the 20-second work intervals.
- After the rowing portion, move on to the strength portion consisting of 5 sets of 5 reps for deadlifts and strict pull-ups.
- Focus on form and technique during the strength portion to maximize benefits and prevent injury.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
