  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
Complete 15/12 calories on the rower followed by 10 burpees within each minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 20 rounds. Adjust calories and burpee reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
