AMRAP Cardio RowerAMRAP in 20 Minutes:
- 500 Meter Row
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Box Jumps
- 15 Kettlebell Swings

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed movements. Make sure to push yourself on the rower and maintain good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but keep moving to accumulate as many rounds as possible within the time cap.
