AMRAP in 15 Minutes:


  • 15 Deadlifts (135/95 lb)
  • 12 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 9 Handstand Push-Ups

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 15 deadlifts, 12 box jumps, and 9 handstand push-ups. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout, especially on the deadlifts and handstand push-ups to prevent injury. Scale the weight and height of the box jumps as needed to maintain intensity and safety. Push yourself to keep moving and maximize rounds completed within the time cap.
