  • 20 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Start with the 50 Calorie Row and move through the movements in order. Each movement must be completed before moving on to the next. Adjust the weight and height of the box jumps and kettlebell swings as needed. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
