Tabata Weightlifting Rower

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on the rower
  • Followed by 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest of power snatches

Equipment:
- Rower
- Barbell for power snatches


Instructions:
- Set the rower for a Tabata workout (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) and row as hard as you can during the work intervals
- Immediately transition to the barbell for power snatches during the rest intervals
- Alternate between rowing and power snatches for a total of 16 rounds (8 rounds of each)
