  • 20 seconds of max effort rowing
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Equipment: Rower


Instructions: Set the rower to a challenging resistance level and push yourself to row as hard as you can during each 20-second interval. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. This workout will test your cardiovascular endurance and mental toughness.
