Tabata Cardio RowerTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort rowing, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Rest 1 minute between each round.
Equipment:
- Rower
Instructions:
- Set the rower for intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
- Row as hard as you can during the 20-second work intervals.
- Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Rest for 1 minute before starting the next Tabata round.
