AMRAP Cardio Rower

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500 meter Row
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • 15 Sit-ups
  • 10 Burpees

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the other movements. Aim to push yourself on the box jumps, sit-ups, and burpees. Rest as needed, but try to keep moving throughout the entire 20 minutes.
