Tabata Strength RowerTabata Strength Workout:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort rowing, followed by 10 seconds of rest
- After each round, perform 5 heavy deadlifts
Equipment:
- Rower
- Barbell with weights
Instructions:
- Set the rower monitor for 8 intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.
- Row as hard as you can during the 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Immediately after each round of rowing, complete 5 heavy deadlifts.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds.
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that challenges you but allows for good form.
- Focus on power and strength during each round.
