- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort rowing, followed by 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Set the rower to a distance or calorie goal for each 20-second interval
- Push yourself to maintain a consistent effort throughout all 8 rounds
- Rest for 1 minute between Tabata sets
- Aim to hit the same distance or calorie goal each round
- Total workout time: 16 minutes
