Tabata Strength Rower

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternate between:
1. Rowing for calories
2. Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)


Instructions:
- Complete 20 seconds of max effort rowing for calories, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Immediately transition to 20 seconds of deadlifts, then rest for 10 seconds.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds of rowing, 4 rounds of deadlifts).
- Score is total calories rowed and total deadlift reps combined.
