Tabata Strength Rower

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort rowing
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength Focus:
- After completing the Tabata, rest 3 minutes, then perform 5 sets of 5 front squats at a challenging weight.


Instructions:
- Push yourself to row at your maximum effort during the work intervals.
- Choose a weight for the front squats that challenges you but allows for proper form.
- Focus on maintaining good technique throughout the workout.
- Time each Tabata interval to track your progress and effort.
