AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
- 500m Row
- 15 Burpees
- 20 Box Jumps


Instructions:
- Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
- Row 500 meters, then perform 15 burpees and 20 box jumps.
- Continue this circuit for the duration of the workout.
- Score is total rounds and reps completed.
