AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 500m Row
  • 10 Deadlifts (#225/155)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20")
  • 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (70/53)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Keep a steady pace on the rower to conserve energy for the other movements. Scale the weight and height of the box as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
