  • Rest for 10 seconds
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions: Set the rower to a challenging resistance level and row as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this interval for a total of 8 rounds. Your goal is to cover as much distance as possible during each 20-second interval.
