  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort rowing, followed by 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of rowing, going all out for 20 seconds and then resting for 10 seconds. Keep track of your total meters rowed across all 8 rounds.


Notes:
This workout is designed to push your cardiovascular endurance and stamina. Make sure to pace yourself throughout each round to maintain intensity for the full 20 seconds.
